Damages / Returns

All claims for damaged / missing goods must be filed within five days of receipt of order.
Returns will be accepted only with prior approval, a restocking fee may apply.
No Returns will be accepted 45 days after shipment, or on special orders. Customer is responsible for return freight.

Backorders
|
Every effort is made to have all items in stock, however many of our items are produced overseas and delays can and will happen. If an item is not in stock, you may have us backorder the item for you and we will ship when the item arrives.
