Please call 1-800 332-5397 for return authorization. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. No returns after 45 Days, on special orders or custom printed merchandise. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges If the error is our fault (ie; shipped wrong item, etc) then the above policy does not apply.
